Venues
Situated in London on the Thames Embankment, the IET's headquarters combine a historic building with modern facilities. As a former hospital, gaol and barracks, as well as being burned down by angry peasants, Savoy Place has a long and interesting history which you can read up on in our research guide.

The Archives holds a wealth of biographical information on many eminent scientists and pioneers in the engineering profession.
Ask the Chief Exec
Robin McGill, the IET Chief Executive and Secretary, holds monthly webcasts covering aspects of IET business, performance and development via IET.tv. These will be live sessions supported by an interactive question and answer forum for you to post your questions direct to me in real time.
