Mentor training
The IET’s one day mentor training course offers participants a grounding in the key mentoring skills. The course can be delivered in-house if six or more people wish to attend, offering significant financial savings and the opportunity to tailor the course content to fit your requirements.
Mentoring resources
A range of mentoring support and information is available including mentor training, tips for mentees and mentors, FAQs, mentoring websites, recommended books, plus mentoring events and articles.
Mentoring and Befriending Foundation (MBF)
