The IET provides free training and support to all volunteer IET mentors:
Online mentors training programme
The IET has developed an excellent online training programme for mentors. Once you are registered as an IET mentor you will receive your individual username and password together with details of how to access the programme.
Mentoring events
The IET offers mentoring workshops (lasting approximately 2 hours) to all its registered mentors. These tend to be evening workshops held locally within the local network, dependent on demand and are free of charge. Our website provides details of forthcoming mentoring workshops.
Mentors training course
The IET offers a one day mentor training course. Special rates are offered to volunteer mentors participating in the IET mentoring service, please contact us for details: pdcourses@theiet.org.
