Member facilities
IET members can take advantage of exclusive facilities at Savoy Place.
Areas that are available to members and the opening times:

The above rooms are available for you to use without charge and include the use of computers and tea/coffee machines.
Members' facilities are not available after 17:00. However, the Conference Department can book rooms for use up until 11pm. There will be a charge for this which depends on the size of the room you require.
There are also three private meeting rooms in the Appleton Suite which can be hired at a reduced rate of £75+VAT for a half day and £150+VAT for the full day. Each of these rooms can seat 8 people.
If you wish to have lunch at Savoy Place please visit the Blumlein Room between 12.00 and 14:00 for the lunch service with prices starting at £3.95 for members.
The Kelvin Bar is open to members and their guests from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 offering an excellent morning coffee and afternoon tea service.
Tea and coffee is available free of charge to members with only a small charge for hot beverages to members' guests. There is a full lunch menu available daily from 11:30 to 15:00, when our resident chef will prepare food in the Kelvin Bar.
