The IET's Environment and Energy Expert Group (EEEG) is a panel of experts on environmental and energy issues drawn from within the IET membership and from outside bodies. Its mission is to provide an influential and expert viewpoint on these areas within the IET, the engineering profession, with government and non-government organisations and the general public.
The aims of the group include improving public understanding, providing an expert interface with other professional bodies, providing a stimulus for environment and energy matters within the IET and formulating and promoting the IET’s views on environment and energy issues.
