Terms and Conditions
The draw for the Inspec customer survey will take place under the following terms and conditions.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
- To be included in the draw, you must complete the Inspec Customer Survey 2008 by 31 July 2008.
- Questionnaires received after this date will not be included in the draw.
- The winner will be drawn at random after 06/08/2008 and notified by 20/08/2008. One winner will receive $200 worth of Amazon vouchers.
- The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
- The prize is awarded at the IET's discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
- The IET reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. Employees of the IET and their subsidiary companies, members of their families or household members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- The promoter of the prize draw is the IET.
- In all matters the decision of the promoter is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
- The winner may be requested to take part in promotional activity and the IET reserves the right to use the name and county of residence of the winner in any publicity.
